I have becoming a Ken Wilson Ford customer for life. My wife and I were recommended to go see Dallas Hicks. My family has purchased several vehicles from him, as well as my father's company. On our first day we had no idea what we were looking for. Dallas guided us through types of vehicles we might be interested in and ones that would fit our family's needs. We were looking to purchase two cars. After our first day we were unsure. Dallas let us drive one potential vehicle (a Dodge Grand Caravan) that caught our eye for two days. When we came back, we liked it but were still unsure. He let us drive a Ford Edge for a day. During this time, we went to other dealerships, spoke with other salesmen, and scoured through the internet. No one could compare with Dallas or the customer service at Ken Wilson. We went back to Dallas with a firm budget and price. He continual worked with us and was incredibly kind, patient, and friendly. We ended up purchases two cars from Dallas: the Caravan and the Edge. Ken Wilson Ford has won my family's business.

Nice new facility. Staff and mechanics were very nice and efficient. They did a state inspection , and did a comprehensive oil change in about 45 minutes.
