Worst service experience in my all years of driving. Car still has unresolved issues that were created during service.

Very Satisfied!

I've been buying cars and getting my service done at Ken Wilson for years. I always feel like they go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied and get the best price or options for what whatever you're having done. The staff is great and another reason to keep going back.

Ken Wilson Ford

My experience with Ken Wilson Ford Service Department was nothing but excellent from the first phone call until I picked up my repaired truck. Ms. Liz Garcia was welcoming and fully explained the delays with ordering parts. Even with the delay my truck was repaired sooner than another dealership had said it would take them to just look at it. Liz returned my phone call the first day to inform me what the issue was and kept me updated on the progress throughout the process.
