This is actually the third time we have dealt with DCH of Eatontown and from 2015 till present we have never had any complaint. All the staff are kind , courteous, knowledgeable, need I say more If I had a million dollars I would try to purchase everything on the lot. That's how great the sales men are. Thank you for your kindness and understanding while working with my husband and I.

Sales team was very unprofessional. “Discounts” came from trying to remove options. Very unprofessional sales process. Delivery of the truck was terrible. Glue all over the interior and windows. Had to get the truck professionally detailed day after delivery to clean up the car from the glue left behind from the delivery stickers and film. Update: four months later, I have still not received the title to my paid off vehicle. Calling the dealership to no surprise they want to take no responsibility for never producing the title and want to send me to the motor vehicle to receive a duplicate title.

This was such an amazing experience. Tony was there for my need he made me feel comfortable throughout the process and he was very excellent throughout the whole process. I really appreciate him and the dealership for all the help.
