Caleb was amazing.

Caleb was amazing. He did everything he could to make sure that I was a happy customer. It was pouring down rain and getting dark, but all he could think about was making sure that all my questions were answered as well as helping me to get where I needed to be as far as payments. He was absolutely amazing and I would recommend him to everyone.

Alejandro was exceptional, the entire team I interacted

Alejandro was exceptional, the entire team I interacted with went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% content with my Durango. The process was smooth, the team was patient, and I didn’t feel pressured by anyone. Every question was answered and I felt right at home. Will definitely be back for future purchases and have been recommending them to everyone I know!

My head is Still spinning.

My head is Still spinning. Sarah and the team at Autostar of Hendersonville made buying a car so unbelievably quick and easy. I mean, I went to work Thursday morning and came home from work Thursday evening to a shiny new truck. The entire process took a couple hours if that and was completed through a few telephone calls, emails and texts. I NEVER LEFT WORK! I didn't have to step foot onto a car lot. THEY BROUGHT THE TRUCK TO ME! I (basically) doordashed a truck. I can't believe the ease of the entire process. What an incredible experience. Sarah, Thank you for everything, but I really thank you for being "human" and not robotic. You took an experience that has always stressed me out and left me feeling anxious and usually angry and made it something I enjoyed and this time I kind of skipped away from it with a smile on my face. Of course, I know that Sarah didn't work alone through this process, so I tip my hat to the entire team at Autostar of Hendersonville. Thank you all for everything.
