I had a appointment at 4:00 and I was out by 5:15. Great JOB! My service advisor was very professional in taking care of my vehicle. I would love to have him as my permanent advisor each time my vehicle needs servicing.

Neal Moseley my Service Advisor is professional, knowledgeable, an an asset to Jim Hudson. He scheduled the warranty and recall work on my XTS in a timely fashion. Had the worked performed and delivered the car when promised. He always returns my calls promptly and is a pleasure to deal with.

Caddy XTS
Mr. Baker was absolutely wonderful! He was the best Service Tech that we've had to date. The Caddy was brought in for a recall and the repairs were accomplished in a timely manner. Mr. Baker kept us informed thru the process.

Great Facility
I was very impressed with the facility set-up and the fact we were able to drive away with our purchase the same day. Our Salesman patiently addressed our questions/concerns and made sure we comfortable with all the functions of the automobile prior to leaving the facility.
