Jim Hudson Cadillac

I needed service for my car. I called Thursday afternnoon and was able to get it in Friday morning. As soon as I entered the service center I was greeted and welcomed. The service advisor came and took down all important information. Went into a clean and friendly waiting area till my car was done. When my car was done, service advisor came and got me and explained everything that was done. Car was washed and ready for me.

When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted as if I had a royal title. They make you feel special and certainly appreciated. You wait in a lovely area and understand all the services performed. Your service technician explains everything, gives you an approximate time schedule and then shows you--in writing--everything that is done. I am very impressed with their level of courtesy.

I always get great service at Jim Hudson dealership.I would recomend it to anyone,ready to get a car.I will be looking to buy another car in afew months.I will surely come to J.H..see you soon.

Jim Hudson is by far nicer than any dealership I've dealt with. The facilities are really nice with a comfortable waiting area, snacks, drinks, and coffee. Even nicer are the people, whatever their capacity. I highly recommend visiting them if you are searching for a vehicle or need service. I don't plan to shop anywhere else. Ever!

There are always possiblities for issues but for the most part I have been very pleased with my dealings with Jim Hudson. I have purshased new and used cars from them and have used the parts and service departments with great satisfaction. Well worth giving them a chance.

I could not be happier with the service I get from the Jim Hudson Service Department. I received a loaner vehicle while they serviced and did a touch up paint job on my 2015 Buick Enclave. My car looked brand new when I picked it up. Thanks to all of the professional and caring folks in the service department!!!

Tyrone is the BEST! We've always enjoyed working with him, even at the old location. The service is also professional and accurate. The only concern that we have is the occasional long wait time for repairs with a scheduled appointment.
