Great service department
Had an unexpected issue come up with my vehicle so I immediately went to Jim Hudson to have it repaired. The service department was outstanding and took me in without an appt. The faulty part was replaced and my vehicle was washed and vacuumed and returned to me ready to go. Great service. Would recommend them to anyone .

Oil change and tire rotation
Seth at service desk got us signed in and was willing to take my wife anywhere she wanted to go while the work was being done. I got there and took her to lunch by the time we ate the car was ready. Seth gave us his cell number in case we had any questions, very helpful guy. Thanks David Adams

Bad Service
My experience thus far has been terrible with Buick. I have emailed, and called to ask a few questions, and i have not gotten a response. I believe your corporation is waiting for my warranty to run out, then i will get accurate information about what is going on with my 2014 Buick Encore, that has had 3 batteries in less than two years!

Excellent Service
Neal Moseley is an excellent service advisor. I have never had a problem with Jim Hudson's service and have been using them since 1981. I never buy a car or truck from anyone else due to the service I receive and advisor's like Neal is one of the reasons.

My first service visit at Jim Hudson Buick GMC Cad
My GMC pickup I bought from Jim Hudson Buick GMC Cadillac was due it's first scheduled service. I called ahead on Friday to make an appointment for Saturday. I was given a time, which was very close to the time I requested. I arrived at JHBGMCC the next morning, pulled in the service bay, was greeted by friendly personnel and went to the service waiting area, where I found comfortable chairs and free refreshments. Even my 3 year old son enjoyed our wait, which by the way was not long! My truck was serviced, tires rotated and washed in less than 1 hour. "JHBGMCC Express Service" truly is an express service.
