I am so upset about your service department.

I am so upset about your service department. Two times in there for nothing. Never again! Dropped my car off twice for tire sensor not going away, stays on so I will never know when I need air, Just now making my first payment but I will never recommend you. Jesse from service told me the third time I asked him to please fix it. He told me Quincy said they would NOT fix it. I would not and I will tell everyone I know to go elsewhere. I am very disappointed.

The salesman wasn't experienced.

The salesman wasn't experienced. I told him that I wanted to finance through my bank but he ran my credit and came back to me with another bank offer. The service department is the worst, it took me almost 4 hours to get a key programmed and they had told me to come in that morning. I also feel that they over charged me for my vehicle

THEY LIE SO MUCH

Hi, my name is John Darby Jr. I'm Afro America Owners and Transporter. My dad and I recently was approved to buy a 3500 Dodge Ram Diesel Truck. The salesman my the name of James Matthew had called me saying u are good. Please come on in to get your truck. So, when my dad and I had gotten there it was not the truck we wanted. We wanted a 2018 that they listed for 41k. Then they brought out a 2021 blk trk for 56k with 57 k miles on it. So, when I 1st received a tx from the Salesman Mgr, Karythe. She said we can find u the truck u need. Well , the Salesman Mgr, James Matthew and the other Salesman name Aaron lie as well. We was approved by Ally Bank for 50k. They DIDN'T WANT TO NEGOTIATE AT ALL TO DROP THE PRICE OF THE 2020 from 56k to 50k. The truck was damaged bad back a marks all over inside the loading deck. They advertise we can get everyone riding today. Lies, Lies, and more Lies. Don't Believe The JT ADVERTISEMENT PERIOD.

I just want to say Mr. Jes Lawhorn has been excellent! Every time I bring my vehicle there for service he always keep me updated on status of my vehicle and make sure I’m taken care of. I told him because of his generous work and help on my Rams service, I just had to bring my fiancés Jeep there too! He and that staff at JT are great!!

HATED THE SERVICE HERE!

HATED THE SERVICE HERE!!!!!!!!!! Was not able to look at my vehicle properly do to it being kind of dark. I needed a new vehicle and the dealer Grant new that. He found me a car and when we came back the next day to sign the papers only then did I see the car fax in the midst of the paperwork saying that the car was in an accident and the airbags deployed. The car had no trunk cover when I got it, one of the tires had a ridge in it from wear and tear, the car also had ants, it was not detailed correctly. I found makeup pallets, water bottles and snack wrappers hidden in places, and to top it off my horn did not work. They did fix the horn and that was the only thing they did in addition to ordering my trunk cover. The attitude they gave me was as if I should have been grateful to just have gotten what I did. I felt belittled and would not recommend going here. They’re very careless and once you’ve driven off the lot they forget they know you. Its also been nearly a month since I got my car and I still haven’t gotten a call about my tags either. Poor service. If I could’ve given no stars, I would have.

DONT DO IT! Long story short: Sold me a car that broke 2 weeks later, getting the runaround on fixing it (for a week), awful experience with service guy, and still not fixed.

Not happy with the sale of the vehicle.

Not happy with the sale of the vehicle. It was raining that day, so I didn't get under the truck to check things out, that's on me too. The spare tire was missing, the jack was missing, so as far as I'm concerned, that is a safety issue that they put their customer in. They claimed that they did a good inspection on the truck before putting it on their lot for sale.

Your safety is always important to us usfdeerjohn. We would never put our customers in danger. Many vehicles include inflation kits and/or tire sealants to make sure you are not without help on the side of the road. If you would like to add a spare regular size tire to your vehicle we can assist with that too. Just because it did not come with your vehicle does not mean it cannot be added to your vehicle. How and what is your plan to help me with the safety issues with my vehicle? And if you did do a safety inspection on the vehicle, why then was it not addressed before selling the vehicle? If your plan is to sell me a spare tire and jack plus tool the tools kit to lower the spare tire, that is not expectable. The Love Chevrolet dealer assured me that the truck did come from the factory with a spare tire and tool kit to lower the spare tire.
