Stokes Honda's service department has always treated me fairly. I've never felt taken advantage of.

This is my 8th or 9th Honda...and the best one of all. Bought all but one or two from Stokes. Have been having them serviced here for 20 some years. Your service department are the best. I have always been very satisfied with the service I have received over the years. I have brought my new 2013 CRV in for normal service and gotten excellent results. I will however never purchase another car from Stokes Honda due to a horrible experience when buying my CRV. I will continue to buy a Honda and have it serviced at Stokes.

I had an appointment and when I got there my advisor Tyrone Johnson was very friendly and helpful. He made sure what I wanted done was done to my satisfaction and it was completed quickly..I will definitely go back.

Made an appointment for an oil change (pleasant even over the phone) and took my car in the day of. Was greeted outside and then again inside. Went over what they would do and then directed me to the waiting area where sodas and such are available or you can walk around and look at the new models. When things were finished, they walked over to get me, instead of shouting out my name and explained again what they had done and if they noticed anything to keep an eye on. I purchased my car here in late 2005 and have never regretted that decision. Best dealership and Service Dept I have ever dealt with.
