Service and Sales

I have been dealing with Stokes for the past 20 years and have bought all of my Honda's from the N. Charleston Location. This is the best Car Dealer and service center. They have always made me happy, happy, happy.

Dead Battery

Brought my 2012 Honda CRV into Stoke's Honda North after my car wouldn't start while out running errands with my wife. 2012 CRV was only about 20 months old and had about 23,900 miles on it. Stokes worked me into their schedule. They ran some dianosgtics on the battery which turned out to bad. Stokes replaced the battery and I was on my way in about 1 1/2 hours. Good Job Stokes! Tyrone was our contact at Stokes that day.

Car Maintenance

I took my car for timing belt change and other routline maintenance. The service was done on time. All the jobs appeared to be completed well. They arranged an shuttle service for me as well. Jack Nathans, my service Advisor was excellent in getting me know what needed to be done and cover all bases.

great service!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very gracious to reschedule my repair appt when I needed to do so (several times). My repairs were handled very quickly. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary shuttle service!

Excellent Service

Our salesman was a man named Tim Delfino , he was a big help in our time of need he was polite,kind,professional did not influence us in to a car that we did not want , i highly recommend this man if your in need of a quality car with none of the pressure that most dealers do this was a great experience for me and my family i would recommend anyone to go to stokes honda of north charleston

dead battery

During the recent icy weather in N. Charleston, my car sat in the driveway for about 5 days and my car battery died. I don't live far from the dealership, and Raymond, a service manager at Stokes Honda on Rivers Ave., worked with me to get my car into the service area and to install a new Honda battery. I really needed my car, and it was so wonderful that there was someone who understood that and helped me out. Thanks again Raymond and thank you Honda for hiring employees like Raymond

Every time I go to Stokes Honda I am greeted promptly, taken great care of, and out the door in less time then expected. I always go there for servicing because I know that they will do a wonderful job and go above and beyond!

Awesome Service!!!!!!!

I have been to many Honda dealerships across the country and Stokes Honda was by far the best in customer service! I will definitely be returning for future service on my Accord! Jack Nathans was helpful in explaining everything and taking really good care of us! I rarely write reviews unless the service was exceedingly great, and Stokes made it happen.

service on my civic

I needed to change my appt and they were very accommodating. It was also raining and they insisted on driving my car up so that I wouldn't get wet. Service was completed in a timely manner. A little pressure to include some service I did not want done at the time, but overall a good experience.
