I inquired about a vehicle I saw online and was worried there would be haggling about price but they honored their ad to the letter. I got top dollar for my trade and entire deal was done in about 20-25 minutes. definitely not the old , dread days at Mullinax.

The pricing (no dealer fees, lowest price on windshield, good trade allowance) all just as they advertise. It was very easy. The only surprises were good ones. The sales person had just as much follow through after the sale as before. I would recommend Mullinax Ford to anyone who wants to avoid all the games that other dealers play.

I would highly recommend Mullinax Ford New Symrna to anyone. There upfront pricing, friendly staff (Steve McQueen) and their selection of vehicles was excellent. When it's time for a new car for my wife we will be definitely going back to purchase her vehicle there.

We arrived a few minutes before Mullinax was open. Steven F. greeted us and said he would be happy to help as soon as he opened the gate to the inventory. We told Steven what vehicle we were looking for and the features we wanted. He showed us several and we selected our new Ford Escape. We asked Steven to have the paper work ready and left for lunch. When we returned the paperwork was ready. The plate and tags were on the vehicle and we were ready to go. I do not know how the car buying experience could get any better! I recommend Steven F. and Mullinax. They will get my business again.

Yari was a pleasure to work with. We came to Mullinax after leaving Gary Yeomans and we were sort of disgusted with the whole process from there. Yari was polite and very helpful, she made the process so much easier!
