The shop was very busy when I arrived, but I was met with friendly, professional service. They took the time to help without acting rushed, regardless of how many people were waiting. That’s the way it should be, and is what helps keep customers from going elsewhere.

Went in to look at jeeps the salesman and manager went

Went in to look at jeeps the salesman and manager went above and beyond to find exactly what we’re looking for definitely the best experience I have ever received from a car lot. I’ll tell all friends and family to shop here.

I am very satisfied with the service given by Advisor

I am very satisfied with the service given by Advisor Ashley Cantwell. She is the best so far I have visited this garage. Kept me posted with the status and detail. Even offered me a free car wash. 👍👍👍

Your service department installed a new TIPM in my 2006

Your service department installed a new TIPM in my 2006 Ram. I noticed that the airbag light stayed on and would not turn off. They said to bring in the next day, and they might have to charge me a diagnostic fee. I was out of town and not able to bring it in. I figured it out! The fuse #20 & 21 was not plugged in all the way in the new TIPM that was installed. I would have thought that your technician should have caught this when it was started after the repair. I believe Ken Garff owes me a diagnostic charge. Not Happy!!

Sheri was excellent to work with during my maintenance

Sheri was excellent to work with during my maintenance visit at Ken Garff West Valley Dodge. I couldn’t ask for any friendlier group of people. The tech that worked on my truck did an excellent job. Be sure to let him know that I thanked him.
