When I bought my jeep, I bought three oil changes

When I bought my jeep, I bought three oil changes thinking I would be able to use them all. I went to use my third and they told me it was expired. My question is is how can something expired that you’ve already paid for I think that’s a load of crap. I think that’s highway robbery so I feel like I was robbed

Seems like you have to go up to talk to an employee in

Seems like you have to go up to talk to an employee in order for them to realize you're there. Otherwise you stand there waiting for a very long time like they're ignoring you.

The process was very easy I met some great people

The process was very easy I met some great people there,specially John really knowledgeable guy and walker the haunted lol ,overall it was a good experience I just but could have been better if my interest rate was not that high 👍🏿

Even with an appointment, they took 3 days to have a

Even with an appointment, they took 3 days to have a tech to look at my car. They fix it on the 4th day in less than 4 hours. I was not expecting to pay 900 dollars for a diffential solenoid but oh well. Last time i use this dealership to service my vehicle.

Alexandra was very nice and professional .

Alexandra was very nice and professional . I liked the video and they did a good job changing the oil and other fluids. They also did service very fast. I will be back for more service. Thank you!

Received my car in a timely fashion unfortunately they

Received my car in a timely fashion unfortunately they left a mess in my car and ripped my bar handle from the driver side of my car and just left it on my passenger side like nothing ever happened,I went for a recall for my airbag when I came back to pick it up the airbag light was still on when I asked the service writer why that was they just said it could be many things and if I wanted it checked I would need to do a diagnostics, which I understood and had no problem with that but how they left my vehicle a mess and broke a piece from my car I would be afraid to take it there and do any repairs, it almost makes feel if they even did the recall on my vehicle.

They have trouble costumer service.

They have trouble costumer service. When you have you car serviced there plan on calling and calling to find anything out. Don’t expect any calls from them or for them to return any. And if there’s a problem you’ll be luck to get any helpfully response.

Also when a I got my back it was making a rattling noise. I ended up having fixed by someone else and the reason for the rattling was because when you replaced my catalytic converter you did’t put a bolt back in.
