This is my 2nd review of this place.

This is my 2nd review of this place. First having bought a Fiat 500x and living in Ogden, UT this is the closest dealership for warranty repair. Really? You can't have some of your other dealerships do the service? That aside, we scheduled warranty service (PIA) and when we got there to have the service performed they said we'd have to come back because the part wasn't available. xxx. OK, we rescheduled and this time they said a Fiat technician wasn't available yoday and we'd have to come back. xxx. Well after further discussion and intervention by the manager he said that wouldn't be necessary so they commenced doing the service. Cudos to the manager but for chrissakes, where is uour anticipatory skills? Like, OK were going to fo this so what do we need? I guess it's time to sell and get something else if this is the rigaramole we'll encounter everytime.

Lucas provided me with exceptional service when i took my

Lucas provided me with exceptional service when i took my truck in for an oil change and other services. He actually saved me some money. I also found out that the quick lube franchise did not do the correct maintenance on my fuel filters and only was replacing on not both. I liked the video the service team did. Lucas is my service guy going forward.
