It was dirty, garbage behind the chairs in the waiting

It was dirty, garbage behind the chairs in the waiting room, coffee machine hadn't been cleaned in a while as the packets were backed up and the lady had to clean it out. Work stations were a disaster with paper, old water bottles, and clutter everywhere. No one greeted us at the garage door to tell us where to go nor where there any signs where to enter for oil changes. Upon leaving there was ice and water built up around the exit door and we almost slipped. There was ice and water all around the entrance to the garage very messy as well as dangerous. Not impressed with the professional atmosphere.
