I’ve never been anywhere especially to a dealership and felt so welcomed, honestly Russ Darrow and my sales consultant Marq Maddox exceeded my expectations, I thought I was going to be there looking around wasting their and my time but I left with a Perfect Mazda. You’ve got a customer for life! Thanks to everyone who helped and I highly recommend you give Russ Darrow a try

The dealership wasn't welcoming, nor attentive. Sales person was bad except for Heather. All other workers were not interested in bargainin. It was their way or the highway

Tyler was fantastic.
Tyler was fantastic. Unlike most sales people, he was genuine and honest. After another sales person Donovan did not show up to my appointment Tyler took over and got the job done.

The people were very nice and helpful but my oil leak
The people were very nice and helpful but my oil leak took 2 visit to find it and very expensive.

I was very happy with the service I received from the
I was very happy with the service I received from the staff at Russ Darrow Mazda Greenfield. They have another location that is closer to me, but I felt a better connection to the staff that assisted me at this location. The staff even stayed a little after close to walk me through my new vehicle, which I truly appreciated.
