The associates was very welcoming and kind The sales personnel took their time to go through things with us The customer service and quality of repairs are excellent. Based on what my family and I told them I personally was lookin for they located the greatest vehicle for us!

New Car Purchase

We've been driving Mazdas since 1975. Bought two Mazdas in 2000 and have been driving them since that time. Last spring while in for service on one car, we looked at cars. Decided what we wanted but why buy a car when your old car is going strong? Marcus Mallette was the sales representative. Just looking. Decided to buy a new car and Marcus was so fantastic. He knows his Mazdas and I personally like when a sales representative also drives the type of car he sells. Didn't have the car in stock on exactly what we wanted but Marcus found one and only took a few days to get it. Service department added what we wanted in addition and they did a fantastic job too. Helpful explaining all the "new gadgets" we never experienced in a car before. Wife loves the CX-3, maybe she will let me drive it sometime! LOL

very patient

We came into the Russ Darrow dealership looking to get our son a car. They took their time to help me find the terrific vehicle. I personally appreciate every little thing you did on my behalf to get me in a motor vehicle. They were very patient and worked with us to help us out.

Humor

After battling Cancer earlier this year I have found humor a good coping therapy and when Dale came out to greet us I let my jokes fly and he gave them right back. But when it came to the serious side of things we both knew we had some serious business to do and the jokes were set aside. Great job Dale and I hope you get plenty of pennies for your desk.

The buying practical experience at Russ Darrow was nice and short. They took their time to help me find the terrific vehicle. This is my second car from this car lot and am happy with them and the truck. My spouse will be returning to Russ Darrow in the future.
