Earl was responsive and helpful. Handed us off to Miles, who was terrific. We were pretty easy, knew what we wanted; he did a great job explaining things and getting us through the process. The final step with the manager also went smoothly. Everyone was friendly and professional.

I am writing this as a review update I am unable to delete or edit my previous review. The dealership reached out to me after I voiced my concerns and opinions about the way I was treated. They also elaborated how they aren't directly associated with Chrysler Capital since majority of my frustration came from my experience and lack of follow up. They have helped me get into a rental car while they're fixing my jeep. Stan and Jess made me fee like my opinions matter and that they valued me as a customer.

Rob Marsteller is nothing but amazing. Today we purchased another Ram ProMaster. The sales transaction is so easy with him because of his outstanding communication. He personally delivered the vehicle with the paperwork to be signed to our company. The entire process took less than 15 minutes. As always, he took the time to answer our questions and demonstrate all of the features on the new Promaster. This is now my sixth vehicle I have purchased from Rob and will keep coming back for all future purchases!

We will never purchase a used vehicle from here again....
We will never purchase a used vehicle from here again. We tried calling the gentleman who sold us the car because we had an issue about 4 weeks after the purchase. He was not available, so we got sent to the assistant sales manager, Aaron. Long story short, Aaron was completely disrespectful and could care less about helping us. We have purchased many vehicles, and Aaron is by far the worst manager I have ever encountered. Don’t ever buy a car from them! They will take your money, tell you everything you want to hear, and then as soon as you drive off the lot they don’t care!
