I have had my service done from day one and have dealt with a few of the service advisors and have had a good experience with all if them. I have been using James Johnson for the last two years and can say James is one of the Best that I have ever dealt with in 45 years of owning cars

The Sales representative was super friendly and we felt
The Sales representative was super friendly and we felt comfortable with him right away. He did not make us feel pressured and gave us all the information on the two vehicles we were interested in then helped us compare each but let us make our own decision. He then got excited with us and for us when we decided to purchase. I would definitely send my friends & family to him because he was genuine and honest. He made us feel good about our decision.

This was an unusual experience.
This was an unusual experience. I bought my used 2015 Jeep GC from Don White and also purchased a Chrysler Lifetime Warranty at the same time. With 114k miles the engine failed to work. Chrysler denied the repair citing reasons that made no sense. Don White reached out to me and said "you are our customer and we will take care of you". Don White put in a new engine and they continued to keep me updated and they did a great job taking care of me while an engine was located.

Don White's has great people who are enjoyable to deal
Don White's has great people who are enjoyable to deal with. They are also fully transparent and fair with pricing. My Grand Cherokee purchase was the quickest car buying process I have ever experienced in my life. This is the second vehicle I have bought from Don white's and I will continue to buy here and recommend the dealership to other people. In years past my wife and I have bought from other dealers in the Baltimore/DC area and the experience was absolutely horrible in comparison. Thank you to Ian and Shawn!
