AutoNation Honda Sanford

AutoNation and Justin were so on top of the whole process. This is my 5th (?) Pilot lease with AutoNation and we love the vehicle however AutoNation always make it so easy to transition the vehicle and no haggle/ simple service. And Justin topped that level of service by being solid with communication, providing the details, holding the vehicle while we were on vacation and then delivering it to the house. Top knotch !

I was so pleased with my service adviser. He was efficient in everyway, and getting back to me, and keeping me informed, explained thoroughly of what needed to be fixed on my car. My car now runs great, and smooth..

Daniel Benoit is an excellent service person, did an excellent service. He arranged the shuttle to home and back. He is very efficient and does his word diligently. Every time I bring my vehicle he takes good care of it.

Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and super helpful. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and they were not at all pushy. The car was waiting for me to test drive as soon as I arrived. My sales rep Anthony was great to work with. He gave me time and space when I needed to check out the features and knew the answers to all my questions about the vehicle. The finance manager Alex was friendly as well and explained all packages available in detail.

Michael and Jauque were really great to work with and we are happy with the our new car that we leased. We got out in a short amount of time

Bought two new crv’s there. Always have to wait in the service area with the unfriendly intake guys and gals. They always look like and act like they are having the worse day. Try to acknowledge your customers in a timely fashion and try smiling to at least fake you enjoy your job. Will not return.

Fantastic dealership. Salesman Michael D’Agostino very helpful, personable and knowledgeable. He had worked with my son in Va over the phone to find me the best vehicle for my situation and budget. My son found him very helpful and easy to work with. When I got to the dealership to complete the deal and get the vehicle, I couldn’t agree more about how helpful Michael is. The entire experience was pressure free..a very different atmosphere than most dealerships and car buying experiences. Autonation Honda Sanford and Michel D’Agostino will be my go to dealership and salesman for my next vehicle. Will definitely be recommending them to any friends when they are car shopping.
