This place is terrible, Rob Breedlove the GM is an incompetent a**hole who does not know how to treat his customers and Mike McDonald approves faulty work and does not stand by anything he approves. Purchased and had servicing done from here, will never return to any AutoNation again.

I took my vehicle to Autonation Honda in Sanford to get an oil change. The gentleman who took my vehicle to get serviced was very professional and informed me of necessary services that should be performed on the vehicle. The gentleman then told me the vehicle would be ready in a few minutes after it was washed, as initially promised by the gentleman. After paying for the oil change, I went to retrieve my car and noticed the back of my vehicle was just as dirty as it was when I took the vehicle in. I pointed it out to the gentleman and he stated the car wasn’t going to get detailed. Then I rubbed the dirt off the car with a finger and he offered to have it taken back and washed. I told the gentleman I came to this dealership for an oil change not a car wash, but if a car wash is promised then a car wash should be performed. After all, the price for the conventional oil change was around $50. When the vehicle was brought back around it was washed, but the young man that brought it back had just passed gas in my vehicle. I also found pubic hairs in the driver door threshold. I know those pubic hairs weren’t mine for a fact. I pointed it out to the gentleman and he said he would inform the customer service manager. I told him to have her call me. Needless to say, I never received a phone call. I’ve been bringing both of my Honda vehicles to AutoNation Honda for several years now. I will not return to this dealership. According to my receipt, the service advisor was Jordan Cruz, not Javier Perez.
