Very courteous and helpful sales representative and

Very courteous and helpful sales representative and staff. My particular sales woman was knowledgeable about the vehicle, explained all the details about the software and apps and set/synced my phones to the vehicle. She answered my questions via texts after the sale was complete. I would recommend this Honda dealership to anyone desiring awesome satisfaction and honesty.

I visited this dealership for service to my Honda CRV,

I visited this dealership for service to my Honda CRV, the entire process was smooth and Jon, the service advisor kept me informed about the progress of the service. The waiting lounge was comfortable. My only negative about this dealership is that it's about forty miles from my house.

First time service customer.

First time service customer. Service area was very busy when I arrived and the line was long. However, they moved the line along expeditiously and I didn’t have to wait long. Service was done in about an hour and I was thoroughly debriefed by the advisor when it was completed. He was very helpful and answered the questions I had.

I brought my Honda passport in for service.

I brought my Honda passport in for service. The Hinda call center had told me there was a shuttle that would bring me home. Upon arrival I found out that wasn’t so. The service rep Travis went over & above, took his time off to get me home. Thank you, Travis!

Still no lug nut key for rims

I seen the car I liked online and decided to go to automation Honda in Sanford Fl to view it in person. No haggle price is fine but monthly payment was all over the place including down payment and apr. You really have to watch the details or you will be going in circles weeks afterwards. I did not notice the special lug nut key to the rims was not in the car before I signed the paperwork. Nancy handed me over to Bill and went on vacation I was told whom said go to the Dealership it will be handled. It’s been two weeks and I still don’t have the matter resolved. I have wasted both time and gas driving to Autonation Honda in Sanford Fl and the Lexus dealership in Winter Park Fl. I hope I don’t get a flat tire or there will be nothing I can do because I still haven’t gotten a key to rims. I don’t believe this matter will ever get resolved unless I come out of pocket and fork over more money to get a set of new key lug nuts for my newly used car. The moral of the story is a old one, buyer beware when shopping Autonation Honda in Sanford Fl.
