Awesome Dealership

Always a pleasant experience at Autonation Honda Sanford. I have purchase 5 cars from this location and continue to service my current Honda here. I met Justin and the team to pick up a new Odyssey that I

I met Justin and the team to pick up a new Odyssey that I was purchasing. They had found exactly the vehicle I was looking for, and brought it in from another dealership just that morning. Justin had everything ready and waiting when I arrived. After a test drive we went through the paperwork. I met several of the highly provessional staff along the way - sales manager, general manager, financial team, etc. I appreciated how everyone was helpful and available, but not hovering. It was a great example of simplified car buying - I got the car I wanted with no fuss, no muss.

Almost excellent experience.

Almost excellent experience. I brought my 2020 Ridgeline in to address three recall Items. Excellent service writer ,Edward Padron, under promised and over delivered. Excellent facility, Only issue is I cannot find the "Auto Idle Stop Restart SW Update" on my dashboard software menu.

Jorge (service advisor) and Juan (mechanic technician)

Jorge (service advisor) and Juan (mechanic technician) were extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and very kind. They both educated me about multiple repairs needed on my vehicle. Jorge also provided me world-class customer service and handed me a comprehensive, detailed 3-page to-do list of each repair and refill needed! I've never left a dealership feeling like my business and my vehicle truly mattered to any service advisor until I met Jorge!!!! Jorge gave me the confidence that I can genuinely trust AutoNation Honda's recommendations, quality of service, and that they will always operate with my best interest at heart!

The service team handled my repair in a reasonable time

The service team handled my repair in a reasonable time and cost, I was able to use a Costco discount which made my decision to use this dealership.
