Awesome buying experience!
After being given the run around by several OTHER dealers in Ocala, I came across AutoNation Honda in Sanford and a man named Skip Sage. I still cannot believe the effort he put into helping me get the car I so desperately needed. It is beyond what I expected. Being self employed and newly divorced with little established credit, he went above and beyond to find a financer for me BEFORE I drove all the way down to Sanford. I just knew something was going to get weird like the other places I'd been, but it was absolutely one of the most positive business experiences I've had. And Rebecca in the financing department was an angel...staying way later than closing time to get things wrapped up for me. I will never go anywhere else to buy another car if I can help it! Their prices are right, they are honest and so helpful. You don't get that "oh my gosh, there's a salesman" feeling when you get there. It was an awesome experience. Highly recommend!!

Pleasurable Buying Experience
Excellent buying experience. Staff professional, courteous and accomodating. Salesperson, Fernanda, was a pleasure to work with. She responded to a late night request the next morning at 8:30 a. m. sharp. She did a great job. We got a great deal throuh the manager, Ramone, and Gil is finance did a good job. Great job.

Incredible experience with kind/patient/knowledgeable staff ( especially Eric, our sales associate, and Richard, the internet sales manager ! ) Wow ! amazing service
Everyone is extremely professional very courteous the facility is very comfortable environment and relaxing as you either wait for your vehicle to be repaired or they provide transportation to where you would like to go and pick up service it makes the experience very comforting and relaxing I would recommend anyone friends family member or a stranger to have their car repaired at this facility when they tell you what the price of your vehicle will be my experience that every time it is exactly what its going to be they don't overcharge and they don't tell you always something else is wrong with your vehicle they are very honest people I thank them dearly with my help and if ever I have a car problem it will be at Honda AutoNation.

Great repair experience
Our CRV was in a bad accident and the AutoNation collision repair center did a good job bringing the car back to original condition. There was a problem however in a couple of occasions starting the car after it was parked in a hot parking lot. We took the car in to the dealership and told them about the problem and when it occured. They listened and tried to duplicate the conditions when we were having the trouble and they were able to find a problem in the wireing harness from the extensive repais that were needed. We appreciate the energy and effort Paullina and the repair staff put in to listen to our problem and find the ellusive electrical problem and get it fixed.

I love Auto Nation Sanford. Bought my car there and have had it serviced there from the first day forward which now has been 5 years. LOVE COSMO! My guy to call when I need a service appointment for oil change or whatever is needed. He takes care of me! You don't get that attention or service any where else now a days. I would not go anywhere else and you shouldn't have to either. Your dealer should always take care of you and they do! I always give them the excellent review they deserve. GO COSMO!

Awesome day and experience very very friendly. No stress in buying a new car all was smooth. Would bit there again I fact my partner said he should have gone there instead of the Kia dealer he went to. He will never leave Honda again.

Worth the trip
I love my new Honda Accord. I was happy with my 2012, but in love with the 2014! Skip Sage is my salesman and I would recommend him highly. The dealership in Sanford is not quite in my backyard but worth the trip.

Service Director: Mislead us, Rude, Sarcastic and uncaring
My car battery died in a rough part of Sanford, my partner met me at my stranded location in our other vehicle. My partner called Auto Nation spoke with Service Director Don Mills, Mills advised he had battery in stock and quoted the price. So my partner went to Auto Nation Honda to pick up a new battery. I waited in the hot sun in a not so nice part of town for my partner to go and get battery and return. My partner called Don Mills he said he had a battery and quoted the price. When my partner got there Don Mills The Service Director said " he would have to test the battery in the car first before selling us a battery". We have purchased many batteries over the years and this simply was not true. Also The Service Director said he needed the old battery first. My partner drove all the way back to retrive the battery from the car to take it to him. Upon arrival with the dead battery Don Mills wanted us to bring the car in so he could test battery in the car. Well the car was dead so I waited 45 minutes for the tow truck and we had to have it towed to Auto Nation. When i arrived with the car at Auto Nation my partner informed me that Don Mills advised us that he assumed he had a battery but didnt. He would have to order one and it would be there tomorrow. I advised this is unacceptable he told us at the very beginning he he had a battery and even quoted us the price, not to mention he made us have the car towed there at our expense. He was rude and mislead us from the beginning. He said well "You can go to Wal-Mart and pick one up " sarcastically like we were beneath him. He didn't even give us our battery back, we had to wait for a piece of paper from him to take to parts to retrieve our battery. Parts department lost our battery and it took an additional 30 minutes for them to find it. When they returned it, We left and due to this Horrible experience and treatment from the Service Director we shall never return to Auto Nation Honda again.
