Great Buying Experience

Have I ever given a Five Star Review Rating to anyone? Absolutely not. Why am I doing this? Because it is the first time I can honestly say I actually had a "Great Buying Experience". The whole dealership treated me with respect and left the buying decision entirely up to me. No pressure....! If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, make sure you ask for Daryl Miranda and/or Fernanda Sgrigneri. They make a great team. You will not regret it. Thanks to them I am driving a brand new Honda Ridgeline.

Easy and stress free car buying experience!!!

We were looking to get a quote for our trade and ended up with a Pilot! Our salesman Jim was great. No one was pushy, there were no tricks or hidden fees. We would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend.

Great buying experience

"Christmas present"

With Fernanda's professionalism, purchasing our car was a pleasant experience. The staff and finance representative Gil, were very friendly and helpful. Being able to provide the ratings was a bit difficult on my iPhone.

Purchase of my third Honda

I just recently purchased my third Honda, the second one from this same dealership. The purchase was an early celebration of my upcoming retirement. I was greeted by the salesman Hector who was fairly new with this dealership . I was indecisive as to whether to stay with the Civic and upgrade from my current model of the LX or to move up to the Accord. After test driving each one I was still undecided so I explained I needed more time to think about my purchase. Gus and Hector were extremely helpful and professional and I felt no pressure at all during my visit. I gave much thought to my selection and did shop around to a second dealership. Although they were very nice and offered me more for my trade in I wanted to re-visit my original dealership in Sanford to see if they could provide me with more in my trade in. After correspondence from Julie, GM of the dealership, I did re-visit the dealership in Sanford and we were able to come to terms that made us all happy. Between Julie, Hector, Chi and Lawrence I happily made my purchase , not pressured by any of the staff and could not be happier with my choice of the 2014 Honda Accord. At the same time I was dealing with some family issues and everyone from the GM down to the salesman could not have been any more nurturing.

The Only Way to Buy a Car

Bill Coley and Gus were the best! This is the second car we have purchased from Bill. We looked at a few other places, but this is the only dealer we have found who treats us like we want to be treated. Not many businesses today know this much about customer service! We were offered water and popcorn (it was good) and watched the UCF game while we waited to see if they could put the deal together that we wanted. And Gus did! Thank you so much! We will be back.

Great experience

This is my third vehicle from Auto Nation, which was earlier Courtesy Honda. I see a huge shift in the customer interface after the change from Courtesy Honda to Auto Nation.
