The process began with some frustration on our end as we were asked the same questions by multiple staff members/sales. Eventually a manager stepped in and we were able to get through the initial bs and move on. Sammy did a fine job.

Silver CRV
The representative I dealt with was Sammy Mike. He is AWESOME! He worked with me (not against me like most dealers). We shared the same goal. We both wanted me to get a new car. He made the buying process easy. The entire process took 2 hours which has to be a world record.

Great buying experience
We just purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Honda Accord from AutoNation Honda Sanford, for our daughter. This was a great buying experience and it was a pleasure buying a car in such a friendly environment. Bill Coley our salesperson was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and supportive. Everyone we meet at Courtesy was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I really had a very bad experience with this dealership....
I really had a very bad experience with this dealership. The sales rep was very nice and friendly but when we did not budge with the price he decided to get the finance person. The finance person came and asked if we could go higher than our budget. When we said we cannot, just like that, he shook my hand said thanks with a BELITTLING look on his face and quickly turned around went to his office. I was shocked, the sales rep was surprised as well concerning what the finance person just did! I never felt so unimportant in my entire life until that day. I think if we were white we could have been treated better by this finance person. This is my worse experience ever. We went to previous dealerships before this one but those dealerships treated us very well. If you want to be belittled this is the dealership for you. Btw, we got a very good deal with another Honda dealership in Orlando with the royal treatment. To AutoNation, there a lot of better qualified people out there than this person. You can do better. FYI, sites such as Yelp filter reviews of real people. Hope this site is different.

AutoNation Honda in Sanford gets my high review because I just purchased a car there yesterday, 2014 CRV EXL, and had a wonderful experience. I submitted through Edmunds requests for quotes from multiple dealers in my area of Orlando. AutoNation responded quickly and with a great quote. I went in that day and bought the car. Bobby, the sales manager, was very willing to do whatever I requested and Fernanda was the saleswoman I worked with who was awesome. No pressure to buy anything else, got me discounts on accessories, spent alot of time with me test driving and setting up the vehicle. She was always smiling. I met staff from all departments and they were equally as nice. A barbecue was going so on so I ate as well.:-) I even met the General Manager Julie who wanted to make sure I was having a great buying experience. I went to many dealerships where I was pressured and no one would work with me. This dealership was the complete opposite and I would highly recommend them!

I want to thank Harry Medrano my salesman at the dealer he work to get me in a good car. He was a real friendly and courteous salesman will recommend him to any one buying a used or new car. Also working with Ramon from the finance department he was also friendly and help me alot to get approve. My salesman, Andrew Desmond, was patient,understanding and devoted to my needs( quality experience). The initial service, left me with a car with a foul smoky odor and a torn floor mat. However(next day), Carol from customer service and Bob Garcia from service, took care of the problem. Plus, Andrew Desmond treated me to lunch and shared our experiences as US Army Combat VETs.

2002 Nissan X-Terra service
I have been using Auto Nation Honda Sanford for 5 years to service my 2002 NIssan X-Terra since it was the closest dealership to my job and they provided shuttle service. My service rep was Bob Garcia and the auto technician was Kevin Sheppard. I refer to them as my "dream team" since they kept my X-Terra running for 5 years with excellent service and quality work. I even called around once they quoted me a repair cost and no other dealership could beat the price. I would drop off the car in the morning, take the shuttle to work and then take the shuttle back once the car was fixed. I just got rid of my X-Terra and was tempted to buy a Honda just so I could keep my "dream team" of Bob and Kevin! I highly recommend Auto Nation Honda Sanford to anyone who needs any type of car serviced. I tell all my friends and family about this dealership. A huge thank you to Bob Garcia and Kevin Sheppard for taking such good care of my 2002 Nissan X-Terra!!!
