Everyone I dealt with was very courteous, friendly and professional. Eddie worked hard to get me a great interest rate. I love my new Honda CRZ, they had it when other dealerships in the orlando area did not.

Great salesmanship,knowledgeable,friendly,low pressure sales. Would return for business year after year. Service department outstanding. I was given the beste deal possible on my trade-in and on the accord exl. I am very happy with Courtesy Honda and hope to do many years of business with them.

I have gone to several dealership searching for a used Honda Pilot for the past week. I had the opportunity to speak to Sam Baradhi who persuade me to visit Courtesy Honda that they have great deals. He kept calling me with updates and even though Courtesy Honda is a bit far from my home, I still decided to stop by since he was so determined. I must admit that I was very impressed by the friendly staff at your dealership and Sam's friendly and pleasent attitude, he is very easy to approach. We made a few negotations with other dealers, and even though your Honda Pilot was priced a little higher than one we saw earlier in the day, I still decided to buy from Sam. My husband had wanted to go back to the other dealership but I told him that Sam has been working very hard for a week to find me a vehicle and I feel guilty not buying from him. He was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for me as well as the price to fit our budget. I think he is very knowledgable, convincing, and does not pressure you to buy but at the same time he make it difficult to walk away from doing business with him. He seems to be an honest person that will go the extra mile to help his customers. Your finance manager Sammy De La Rosa is also very pleasant and helpful. He has a lot of patience and explains the whole financing process well. Over all I am happy with my purchase and has already recomended Courtesy Honda and Sam Baradhi to a few of my friends and relatives.

Bill Coley and Osama Suleiman were great salesmen. Bill made the experience very stress-free and was very friendly. Osama was very nice and helpful, he explained how to use everything in the car such as the bluetooth capabilities. Overall great buying experience. I love my new Civic!

I bought new Honda Insight 2011. My sales person was Mike...

I bought new Honda Insight 2011. My sales person was Mike Rowe and my finance manager was Eddie Santiago. Mike was friendly and knowledgeable about the features of the car. It was important to me to know all those new features because my car is hybrid and operates a little different from the regular car. The test drive was good too; I got to experience how the car is before buying it. Mike was patient and friendly and he answered all the questions I had. Eddie Santiago walked me through the finance part of the purchase experience. He helped me well with paperwork, explained well about extra warranties and services they offer. He also helped me with getting loan approval from my bank. I just told him the bank I want to go with and the approximate finance APR, the bank gave me lower APR then what I thought it would be. I had a lot of questions and Eddie was patient with me. These guys made the whole process easy for me. And they were nice to my husband when we came back to finish signing paperwork. I will do business with you guys in a future. Thank you. One last question though, why are there no ladies in your team?

I was so scared about financing and hoping that I would get a good rate. I appied for financing through my own bank, which done business with since 1997. Bill suggested that I apply for financing through Honda. Billthought I could probly get a lower interest rate. He was right I got a much better interest rate than my bank offered me. It took me three visits, lots of questions, a bunch of phone calls, and a test drive to make up my mind. He patiently answered all my questions, never pressured,and put me complete ease. This is definitely 1 of the best buy experiences I've ever had. Next time I'll forget shopping at any of the dealers, ill just come straight to Bill and buy my next Honda. Our family has purchased a total of seven cars from Courtesy, the most recent three have been bought with the assistance of Mike Rowe at Courtesy Honda. Mike is knows his product and listened carefully to what I wanted in my new car. He walked me right to it. I drove one car, and bought it. I love Honda, and I will return to Courtesy and only buy from Mike! Eddie Santiago makes the finance part of buying a car fun, seriously. He also listened and we ended up with the add ons we needed, no more than that. We laughed through the whole procedure. Thank you Mike and Eddie. I love my new Civic.
