I love coming here, the maintenance staff are welcoming, you don’t feel like you’re a number. When I walk the dealership the staff is very attentive. I will always come back.

I had virtually no waiting - my garage person was Jon and

I had virtually no waiting - my garage person was Jon and he quickly assessed the damage to my car, had it fixed up and off and running again. The charges were better than reasonable and I was entirely happy about the service and the bill. Quickest repair experience I've had after 7 years of ownership of our 2016 Honda.

Have been with this dealership for 12 years.

Have been with this dealership for 12 years. Bought two CRVs and have always had them serviced here. The service department has done a great job for me and I have confidence in their recommendations and quality of work. As a cancer survivor, I very much appreciate the efforts of this dealership to support cancer research as well.

I arrived without an appointment and was cheerfully

I arrived without an appointment and was cheerfully greeted by the service department. They were very knowledgeable and met my high expectations. Kenny handled the service request and I was very pleased with the service. A special shout out to Michelle Vickers, the customer relations manager! She made me feel like family and her friendliness made me want to return to this dealership for all my service needs.

I dropped off my 2017 CR-V for general service.

I dropped off my 2017 CR-V for general service. Travis and I discussed my concerns and my CR-V's performance. He was a good listener and we agreed on what we had to check and what had to be done. My car was done in a timely manner. Travis and I discussed the service performed, I paid my bill and departed. My car looked and performed excellent. I'm good until next time. I find car shopping very tedious, and this resent

I find car shopping very tedious, and this resent experience was no different. The dealership is clean with a nice selection of vehicles and all staff very friendly and competent, especially our sales representative. The tedious part of this experience is typical with past experiences i.e., the time spent waiting for the paperwork to be processed. There has to be a streamlined process to closing the deal.

Great service. They didn't try to pressure me or use any sales tactics. Instead, they answered all the questions I asked and we're friendly/professional.
