Used to be awesome, but NOT anymore!
Used to be awesome, but NOT anymore! Completely short staffed resulting in horrible service. No shuttle service, double the promised wait time, service employees are stressed and therefore rude, mistakes made in servicing my vehicle, and promises made went undelivered. Staff cut in half, resulting in half service to the customer. Staff is exacerbated and just don't care what happens or if you complain because they're ABSOLUTELY overwhelmed! Took 3 hours to get my battery changed, with an appointment. No shuttle, no car wash, no helping me understand the other services needed on my car. Used to feel like a million bucks after I left this service center. I've never seen a business go down overall so fast. Shame on whoever is in charge. I was told that they can't find anyone to work for any position...greeter, porter, service, shuttle. Wish they had told me that when I called for an appointment. They should have been honest and said they're not able to offer reasonable service at this time and to come in at your own risk. And not made promises that were undelivered and then put the customer through all the sad internal.issues this dealership is experiencing. Will be getting my car serviced through good recommendations on Nextdoor from now on. I was told that this dealership has been struggling for 9 months now. That's a long time to not be able to figure things out.
