Recall work on 2016 Honda Pilot Elite
The gentleman from the service department did a great job! Working with him and his team was a pleasure. (I honestly wish I written this review earlier so he could have qualified for some type of reward.) The repair department had my recall work done in about an hour. Couldn't have asked for better service from the service department. Now for the ugly, I have been to this dealer on numerous occasions and requested while other work being done please upgrade the GPS. I've been told that the wifi at the dealer is so busy I'd be better off doing the upgrade myself. (I was also given a set of instructions that were said to be better than the ones I received from the Honda site.) All 3 times my wife and I've tried we have failed. Our GPS is so out of date we now use Waze. This WAS the 2nd Honda I'd bought in a row from this dealer. It's the last. I'm so pissed that something as simple as upgrading the GPS has turned into world hunger that I'll be trying another name plate next car purchase. That's truly sad that something like this a caused my wife and I to consider another brand for our next purchase.

Mario Navarro was great. He was patient with us showing us two models. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We will definitely come back when we are ready for a second car and will tell all our friends and family.
