My advisor was very inconsiderate.

My advisor was very inconsiderate. No empathy. No understanding. Ultimately, I was charged for an oil change that should have been free.

HORRIBLE.

HORRIBLE. They have had our van for TWO months! Now there systems has been hacked which according to them happen a week ago now they can’t look into their system to see what work they have on the van. They have no idea when they can fix it and everytime we call they are to busy and will always give us a call back. We were WITHIN our 5 day to return van!! We told them to keep it and told us NO! Now look!!
