Was shopping for a specific model year vehicle, Cragg just happened to have one on the lot when I was looking at a very reasonable price. Stopped in to take a look, Ken was very nice, straight forward and no typical "car salesman" attitude. We were very please with our experience, as we are with our vehicle we purchased from Ken.

Cragg sells quality cars at a great price. I did a lot of research and was very satisfied with the price and felt no need to negotiate any further. An honest man.

Had been looking for awhile--found an immaculate car with 1 owner and low miles with Ken. He only deals in 1 owner cars so you pretty much know what you're getting. Every car on his lot was in excellent condition. It's a little ways to drive but well worth it--I got the nicest car for the best price of any I'd looked at. Financing was quick & easy and Ken is an honest person to deal with--in fact I liked him so well my sister has him trying to find a car for her.

Owner stayed late to accommodate our interest/purchase. Very clean, mechanically sound car. Had looked at several similar cars that6 day and none were as clean as this one. Dealer's entire inventory appears to be very clean and reliable. Would definitely deal with again, and recommend to others aswell.

Drove down on a Sunday to check out a car that was advertised and ran into Ken the owner doing paper work even though they were closed. (I normally don't want to deal with a car salesman until I know I'm interested in a car.) He had sold the car we were interested in the day before but told us to look around. Long story short we found a car we liked even better than the first one and he was gracious enough to help us on his day off since we had driven so far. This car is in amazing condition for it's age and was priced competitively with other similar cars. After looking around the lot he is very picky about his inventory. Very clean stuff here! To sum up nice guy, great car!

I am very, very picky about the used car I buy. When I found Cragg Motors I almost couldn't believe my experience. I HATE used car salesmen that pounce on you and try to tell you what you want to buy. Ken Cragg was friendly, knowledgeable and the type of guy you felt like you have known for years. I felt relieved to find this type of person in the used car business. His cars are all "top of the line" cars that fit my picky needs. I like that he is up front with pricing and does not try to add all these extra fees like most dealers. Here is the price out the door and not a penny more. I just finished purchasing a vehicle from Cragg Motors but it was not my first or my second it was the THIRD vehicle I have purchased from him. The two prior cars proved to be exactly what I thought they should be and since I just purchased this one I am confident it will be of the same caliber. If you are looking for a quality used car at a great price I would suggest you at least take a look to see what Ken has available and if he doesn't have what you want he is willing to find it for you. KEN IS A GREAT SALESMAN, NO PRESSURE, NO LIES STRAIGHT FORWARD. HE HAS SOME OF THE CLEANEST CARS IN KC I'VE SEEN ON HIS LOT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND BUYING A CAR FROM HIM TO ANYBODY.

After looking at so many used cars, it was nice when a friend recommended Cragg Motors. I felt comfortable from the moment I entered the lot until I drove away in our new (used) car. I would definitely recommend Cragg Motors to anyone looking for a used vehicle who doesn't want all the worry over buying a used car.

This is our second car from Ken Cragg. He sells only top-quality cars. He is good to deal with -- no pressure, good prices, and seems to have integrity. Our first car from Ken was a 2001 Honda Accord. We just traded it in today with 200,000+ miles, with no problems. We purchased a 2012 Suburu Legacy. Looking forward to driving it!
