Nick's cool

Nick is cool and refreshing honest. He puts the customers interests first by not pushing other cars onto us that we weren't interested in. He also pointed out potential issues in cars we were interesting in buying. It was great!

Awesome Service!

I’ve been by to test drive several times with Prestman! Awesome service and very friendly. Nick is an excellent rep if you want integrity and a friendly experience!

My experience

I have not yet purchased a car from Prestman Auto, but I have visited their lot and dealt with employees there. They have a large array of vehicles to choose from at many different price points. I appreciate that the price on the sticker is the actual price of the vehicle because going back-and-forth on pricing is so frustrating at other dealerships. The salesman I have worked with there is Nick Neel. He has been very honest with me when I’ve had questions and hasn’t been pushy at all. I will be working with him when I’m ready to purchase my next vehicle.

You have been warned!

I’ve purchased 4 vehicles from this company and I’ve recommended friends and family who have purchased cars because of my past good experiences. I bought my last car in November and the car was missing a mirror cover for the exterior of the car. I was told when the part came in, they would notify me and I could schedule time to have it installed. They never called and I’ve reached out to the service center who ordered the part. They said they tried to call me and since I didn’t answer, they shipped the part back and never painted it. I’ve called seven times and I’m still without the part. It’s always a run around and I’m always talking to different people who never call me back when they say they will. I have to pay around $350 to purchase the part and have it painted now since I am getting nowhere talking to their Team. This company use to have integrity, but they now pick profits over honesty. I would rather pay more for a vehicle than have to deal with this dishonest behavior.

DJ is the man, Prestman auto is fantastic.

DJ & Justin were great to work with. Got me a fair price on a great car. Smooth transaction. 10/10 recommend. Buy your car here in Utah.

Google the VIN# to see accident pictures

Their cars have salvage titles, that means the car was in an accident that cost more to fix than 70-75% of the cars value. Just google the cars VIN to see what kind of accident it was in. Also any salvaged title car is worth a fraction of what a non salvaged car is. How are people buying these cars, you will learn how bad of a deal it is once you try to sell your car to someone else.

run away

Do not go here, they are in the business of selling shiny turds. Sleeziest salesman I have ever talked to. My mechanic said to stay away from them as they have a bad reputation in town.

Great experience!

Jay was terrific! Thank you for your initial follow up and your energy to understand what I was looking for. Live my new Subaru! Great experience and the staff and environment really comfortable. So far great👍🏼.

Best Dealer in Salt Lake!

My second car from these guys. They were awesome. I will make the trip to Salt Lake wherever I live if i need a new car.

Just a bad experience

I worked with a good salesman to purchase an SUV and after paying for an inspection and agreeing to purchasing it, I was waiting for the finance department to return any of my phone calls to finish the paperwork meanwhile the dealership sold the SUV that I was in the process of buying. The sales manager said that if I found another vehicle on their lot that they would "make it right". I found another SUV and after agreeing to purchase it I was very upset that their idea of "making it right" was doing nothing. After pressing the issue they removed an extra $195 inspection fee. I am not happy with my purchasing experience the shady business practice of selling a vehicle out from under someone after agreeing to buy it is just crap and on top of it all to be as honest as a sleazy used car salesman and promise to make it right and then do nothing is just sad. Also they lost the keys and I missed my inspection window and they had to call and have a new key cut.
