Great service

Jamie Swim and the Hendrick service department are great to work with. From the minute that I drove up to the minute I left was all about customer service and efficiency.

I recommend Hendrick Honda Easley

I went in to replace a tire which had a bolt lodged in it. Jamie Sweet assisted me. He was informative, personable, and professional. He told me they'd have to replace the tire due to the bolt being lodged in a place where they couldn't patch up the hole. Once he told me that, he offered me the options of replacement tires. He answered all the questions I had. I have had Jamie before and his service both times has been exemplary. Thanks Jamie and thanks Hendrick Honda!

Great experience at Hendricks Honda, EasleySC

My husband and I were just shopping around for me a good car. Not planning on buying that day but Fallon Lore, sales lady, introduced herself to us and went out of her way to satisfy us in every way. Felt like she was part of my family. Entire staff were polite and not pushy. Purchased 2016 Honda Accord 10-30-15 and recommend them to everyone.

new car purchase

David is very polite, patient, and easy to work with. We know exactly the model and trim we look for so we focus on pricing. Dave was able to work with manager to match the offers from other dealers. Agreed on the price, they did't have the color which we prefer but they worked to get a brand new car from another deal in North Charleston for us. Now we are driving the nice car.

Satisfied customer

David Chasteen was our salesman at Hendrick Honda Easley. He was easy to work with, not overly aggressive, and very knowledgeable of his product. We bought a new 2015 Honda CRV-EX from him and are very satisfied with our experience of working with David. We would also like to mention Jeff Biney, who enthusiastically showed us how to manage all the new features of the Honda after we bought it. This is the second Honda we have bought at Hendrick Honda Easley and have been satisfied with the automobile as well as the service afterwards.

great cars with no sales hassle

I traded a 2004 Accord purchased at Hendrick Honda of Easley for a 2015 CRV. The past 11 years and the Accord are their best advertisement and Randy Gilstrap was an excellent salesman.

Great Service, Friend & Professional Staff

Car serviced

Had my oil changed,tires rotated and filters replaced. Jamie Swim was very helpful and explained what was done to me. He also asked if he could be of further help.o.k.

Great Service

Hendricks Honda showed great care for us when we expressed concerns about the way our Odyssey was running. Within the first month we took the van back several times for minor issues, and they did thorough checks each time, setting our minds at ease. They even let us use a loaner vehicle on one occasion.

Marlene was wonderful!

Marlene Goubert did a great job from our 1st phone conversation,the buying vs leasing process,and,after we picked out a new car,to showing me how to operate all the new features of the Honda Civic. She is very friendly and knowledgable,and gave us many options to compare,both with financing choices and literal options on the car.
