Great Service with a smile!
Rodney Shirley provided excellent advice and great service on my low mileage 2006 Odyssey EX-L. I had Hendrick's Service Department install a new timing belt and the A/C auxiliary belt with a new water pump and the belt tensioner's. Also I had my old brake fluid flushed & replaced with new fluid. The brakes were checked for new pads, however they were not needed, an honest dealership! The engine oil was also changed with a new filter. My wife and I were provided a 2014 Civic loaner to drive to Greenville, SC for lunch and shopping during the 5-6 hour service on our Odyssey. We bought our new 2012 CR-V, EX-L here three years ago and admired the new improved facilities in this outstanding dealership. Yes, we live 78 miles from here (north of Asheville, NC), however it was worth the time driving here for substantial savings (coupons, etc.) and outstanding Honda service. I never experienced better service than this dealership than on two previously owned Mercedes Benz autos I owned in the past. FYI, the two Honda's we own are the most reliable trouble free vehicles we ever owned. Being 79 years old I've owned many vehicles, including 19 Company provided cars.

Great buy experience at Hendrick Honda in easley! Great price and our Sales person Fallon Lore help us every step in buying our 2016 Honda Odyssey. We drove 60 miles! Im glad we made the drive!

First service new CRV
First and foremost I trust the service advisors and technicians .Friendly staff, clean waiting area. When I brought my old Honda Accord in for service I told Rodney Shirley In the service department I was ready to trade my car. It was very earlier and he took me to show me the CRV I was interested in. Rodney Shirley always goes way above to help the customers.

Long Time Customer of Hendrick Honda of Easley
I am a long time customer of Hendrick Honda of Easley (of both their sales and service departments). My first purchase was a 1996 Accord EX-L. The next purchase was a 2002 Odyssey EX, followed by a 2007 Odyssey EX-L, a 2007 Ridgeline and most recently, a 2015 CR-V AWD Touring. All of these were purchased new. Virtually all the service performed on these vehicles has been performed by Hendrick Honda of Easley. The service department has always dealt with me very professionally and courteously. I feel the service provided has been better than I could have received at other places. Overall, I have been very happy in all my dealings with Hendrick Honda of Easley.
