Only place I'd take my Honda to.

This is my 2nd Odyssey, both of them have only been serviced at HENDRICK Honda. I know I can count on Rodney Shirley see that I am getting what I need done, correctly and at the right price. I trust his advice and judgement concerning my Honda. Ken T.

Great Service

Oil Change

Service

I had scheduled maintenance at Hendrick Honda. Rodney Shirley was the man who scheduled service, met me at the door, talked me through the process and answered any of my questions. The entire experience was fine.

Great service

Woman in service dept. was very helpful and made suggestions which I took concerning oil change and having my tires checked. She was able to work me in while I went to a Dr.s appointment across street.

Great Service

David Lee was very professional. He answered all of my questions and concerns. He was very helpful in getting my car serviced and making sure it was done right. The facilities were very nice and clean. The waiting room was comfortable. David gave me his business card as I was leaving and told me to call him about any questions or concerns I had and would get back to me as soon as he could. He was very nice and courteous. One of the best service reps I have ever dealt with in all of the years I have had my Honda.

Great service

I went to the Hendrick Honda dealership in Easley to get my car serviced. It was having problems and they did a great job with fixing my 12 year old Accord. Rodney Shirley was able to make me feel at ease after the problem was located. The service was quick and they addressed the problem. I'm back on the road now.

Rodney Shirley and Bill (didn't note surname) evaluated a possible electrical system/starter problem. Found everything working properly (battery, charging system, wiring, etc.).

Jaime Swim met me as I arrived and got my CR-V back very quickly and my service was completed in a timely manner. Overall I'd recommend Hendrix Honda service department over any Honda dealership.
