A Great Car-Buying Experience

The bid they printed out for me was actually less than what I expected. Robert was very nice to work with, not at all the sleazy, pushy car salesman one usually has to deal with. I never owned. Ford before, and the Fusion has so far been a great experience. The carpool lane stickers are fabulous

Nice car

We are surprised that there was no sticker instead of number plate when my car was delivered. The car is very nice but we felt discount was very small..

AutoNation Ford 2014 F 150 FX4

Just wanted to let you know how happy I am with my new truck. I know in the past I always tried to keep my payment down because I could never get everything I wanted in a truck, so I had to leave me some room to add the others things I wanted or to keep trading up. I greatly appreciate your help with getting my new truck. Thanks to you I got everything I wanted so I don't mind paying the extra. I figure the extra I am paying is cheap insurance in keeping my truck in great condition. I do love this body style and love the way it handles. I will also wait and see what happens with the new body style. But I do not plan on getting rid of this truck for a long time as I'm truly happy with it.

I honestly had the best experience at Auto Nation Ford in Tustin. If you guys are looking for a good deal and a great experience go to Joey Munoz. He really worked hard to get me the deal I needed.

I love my new Explorer Sport!

I searched the internet, first looking for a used 2014 Explorer, finding only a few that appealed to me. When I contacted AutoNation Tustin Ford, Julie Frisch was responsive, helpful, friendly and not at all the "pushy" sales person I often detest. Prior to coming to this dealership, I visited others. One sold the car I was going to look at prior to my arrival and the other seemed to have very little interest in doing business with me. The prices were higher than other dealers and well above the "fair" prices listed on the internet. When I met with Julie, I was instantly welcomed and, because of how I was treated, I switched to purchasing a brand new (36 mi) 2014 Explorer Sport for only a small amount over what the other dealership was going to sell me a used one with 16K mi. The entire process was THE easiest purchase I have ever encountered (and I have purchased too many to mention.) I highly recommend using Julie Frisch to find your next Ford! Other car sales persons could learn a great deal from Julie about how to treat a customer.

Best Car buying experiance yet!

Last Friday my Truck pretty much died on me, I called Julie at Ford, she was the one and only person i called, because after talking to her on the phone I have no need or want to call anyone else. She was extremely nice and helpful. She made my car buying experience so amazing it was unlike anything I've experienced or been told about before. She picked out a car for me that I wanted and that had everything i requested. In a matter of minutes. I was able to trade in my truck and then drive off in my new Focus with in hours. Even Bill the finance manager was such a big help. Explained everything to me so i had no doubt about anything. I had no doubt about this car or about buying from them. They put everything out on the table for me so i could understand. They didn't mess with my or anything. Very straight forward I couldn't of asked for a better experience. I will be going back to buy any other vehicle I plan on purchasing in the future.

Quick service on RV

Pulled in off the I5 for a service on my F350"with overheight camper with no appointment. No problem, Bob was on it. It was ready in an hour. Came back washed & vacuumed! Comfy waiting room with Wifi, all you could ask for the weary traveller!
