Not what Expected from auto nation ford
I Called them about a 07 honda civic they had in stock, some sales men picked up and i offered him a certain price tru the phone, he also consulted with the GSM(General Sales Manager) The answer was yes, they would give it to me for that set price including everything. Well when i get to the dealer for my surprise the pictures that where in the internet didint match the real view of the car, also when doing the paper work they didnt want to stick to the original price i had mention to them tru the phone, they wanted me to par for more fees, so they broke there word. Also the Car was having like Idle problems when i test drove it, i told the sales men about it and he said it would get fixed which it never got fixed. to end this story i called Farhan the manager about the idle issue on my car and he said he would get back to me about the problem, well today is 4.21.14 until this day i havent hear a single thing about what farhan told me about, he didnt bother to call me back, he appeared to not care about my issue, so in other words i will never buy nothing again from them, they promise something but never make it tru, they lie to you.

Knight in Shining Armor, Farhan Ghafoor
Let me first explain how we wound up at AutoNation Ford Tustin by happenstance and met our "knight in shining armor", Farhan Ghafoor. My wife and I had been looking at Acadias to upgrade to a third row crossover to accomodate our expanding family. We were only considering used/certified in a very specific price range. On Saturday, April 12, 2014 I found what looked like a perfect match online at Tustin Buick GMC. I emailed the internet sales department about my interest. The following day, Sunday, April 13, 2014 I recieved a voicemail and an email from Ed Hanlon letting me know to contact him to set up a time to come see the vehicle that day. In fact, the subject line of the email sent at 10:14 a.m. stated, "It's Available!?! Your Car Is Here." Furthermore, in the body of the email was the statement, "The vehicle you are interested in is still available. What is the best time for you to see and test-drive this vehicle today?" (if anyone is interested in seeing this email, I'd be happy to share it.) I even called Ed and spoke with him at approximately 10:50 a.m. to ask about his availability that day and to let him know we'd be coming by in the late afternoon. He confirmed that he would be there and could show us the vehicle. Accordingly, we stopped by the dealership (driving all the way from Corona to Tustin) in the late afternoon. After asking around, Ed finally came ambling out. He told me that he was tired and had to leave soon but he handed me off to one of his "best guys" Marcus. They both proceeded to tell me that, unfortunately, the care I was interested in was sold the night before (April 12th). I was dumbfounded. Marcus committed to looking for something similar on the lot, but it quickly became clear there was nothing in my price range that matched the description of the vehicle I'd had original interest in. Of course, that did not stop Marcus from pouring on the heavy sales tactics to try to get me into something else. He actually inferred that I was ignorant for not wanting to consider a lease. He said something to the effect of: well, I'm not saying you don't understand what I'm saying, but I feel like some people need to be educated on why they should lease. This is after telling him my specific parameters and that in no way would I consider a lease. Not surprisingly, he practically begged me to see if he could go inside and look for something that would match the parameters. While we were waiting for him to return, we decided that my wife would walk across the street to the AutoNation Ford dealership to look at the Explorer and Flex models that we hadn't yet considered. She came back and told me there were a few used/certified on the lot that looked good. Still waiting for Marcus to return, we left our car at the GMC dealership and walked across to look at the Fords. It was there that we were approached by Farhan Ghafoor...a man who turned out to be our "knight in shining armor." Farhan proved to be honest and up front, understanding our needs and finding us a Ford Flex on the lot that matched our parameters. We hadn't considered a Ford Flex, but after driving the car and working with Farhan, we made a deal to trade our Jeep and purchase the Flex! What a night and day experience from one dealer/individual to the other. I so highly recommend that you go see Farhan if you're in the market for a Ford. I'd even highly recommend as a favor to me that you go visit Ed/Marcus at Tustin Buick/GMC first and ditch them to go to AutoNation Ford Tustin! ;-)

Glad I decided to stop into ford at auto nation, I was in Need of a car. I needed it quick and easy and wanted it Now. Everyone at ford catered to me and made it happen And sure enough took me about thirty minutes. Yep ill be Coming back for sure. Thanks to Bill Waechter and a couple Other team members, it was a piece of cake. Excellent

Great experience in buying a car!
The entire experience was wonderful. We felt welcomed, all questions were answered well, never felt that any question was a "stupid question and time was given and never felt rushed, or pressured at any time. We love the car and enjoyed all the personnel we had working with us.

Working with professionals
My wife and I test-drove cars for about a month and decided we wanted the Ford Fusion. We contacted Costco, who got us in touch with AutoNation Ford Tustin, and one very helpful contact person. The process of finding us the car the way we wanted it took some effort on their part, but the service was great. They worked quickly; always returning phone calls or emails within several hours at the most. The feeling of comfort when we visited the dealership was the best, and the processing went very quickly and very smoothly. We were satisfied with the price structure that AutoNation had worked out with Costco, so we avoided the bargaining which neither of us like. I would highly recommend the Costco process and AutoNation as a dealership.

ONE WORD BEST DESCRIBES MY EXPERIENCE AT AUTO NATION IN TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA. FANTASTIC !!!!!!! IT STARTED WITH ME LOOKING ON LINE AT CARS.COM, I THEN SHOWED INTEREST IN MY CAR OF CHOICE BY SENDING AN EMAIL TO THE SELLER, NO SOONER THAN I SEND THE EMAIL , I GOT A PHONE CALL FROM AUTO NATION.. THE SALESMAN WAS A MAN NAMED TOM SAWYER ( YES, IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, BUT BELIEVE ME, HIS NAME IS TOM SAWYER ) AND HE REALLY DID EARN HIS MONEY WITH ME, ESPECIALLY WITH MY CREDIT THE WAY IT IS, IM SURE IT WASNT EASY, BUT NO PROBLEM FOR TOM. WE KEPT IN TOUCH BY PHONE FOR A DAY OR TWO. AND THE NEST THING YOU KNOW I WAS APPROVED AND BEFORE YOU CAN SAY--SO HELP ME HANNA, WE WERE THERE AT AUTO NATION, TUSITIN , CALIF TEST DRIVING THE CAR OF MY DREAMS. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
My wife and I just bought a 2014 Ford Fusion Energi. And thanks to AutoNation Ford Tustin it was the most Refreshing and Enjoyable experience we have ever had buying a car, or anything else for that matter! I'm a professional salesperson, and I can spot an insincere person a mile away, but that was not the case here. From the very beginning Victoria was Very Sweet, Kind and Helpful, Tom was Patient, and Understand, and Mitch and Bill were Very Warm and Friendly. There was no pressure or game playing. Just a Great Group of Friendly, Warm Professional People, trying to assist us in buying our car. I have bought New Cars From: Chevrolet, Lincoln, Toyota, & Mercedes over the years. . . . But moving forward I will not buy from any other dealership!
