The service offered of having pictures of cars you are looking for posted on your computer is great. You do not have to drive around to various lots. Customer service is great also. I would recommend AutoNation to anyone looking for a car.

Bought our vehicle at a credit union event with cars brought in by Auto Nation. Nice cars, good selection, and knowledgeable sales person. The Auto Nation finance group was supposed to handle all the paperwork for the credit union. That was not a good idea. They just couldn't get their act together. We ended up arriving at 9:30, test drove and agreed on the price of a car by 10:30. Had to wait around for the Auto Nation finance person to get to us. We didn't leave until after 6:00......not acceptable. Midway through the loan papers we notice the monthly payment is way off from what we had been quoted.....not good.....45 minutes later we get it all straightened out after we got up to walk away from the deal. Weeks later, they contact us to say they don't have the title to the trade in.......but they have the car. I'd like to give them a higher rating because the sales rep was good and they were apologetic, but the time we wasted sitting around, having to cancel other appointments, problem with the loan papers, just doesn't allow it. Buy your car there but bring your own financing.

AutoNation Ford made it very easy to purchase my Ford Fusion. The employees were honest and straightforward. The process was easy and there was no stress at all.

Everything I experienced was excellent. I want to start by letting you know that I walked out of two other dealerships. I?m a former inside sales manager and I?m very familiar with all of the sales techniques. The pressure from those other dealerships was intense. I bought my Ford Focus from Aaron who was very helpful and went out of his way to help me with my purchase. During my search, Aaron followed up with me for a couple of month and periodically e-mailed me cars in their inventory he thought I might be interested in. Once I bought the car, he personally delivered it to my home because I had no way to get to the dealership to pick it up. After visiting a few local dealerships, I remembered our Schools First credit union offers an auto-purchasing program through Auto Nation. The rep at the credit union, Cecilia, was the best--- friendly, efficient knowledgable. After finding the Ford Escape that we requested, she advised we go to Auto Nation in Tustin where we met William. He had all the paperwork ready for us to sign. Afterwards he took us to the car to explain some of the many technologies. My wife, Judi, and I returned a few days later for a bit more "tutoring" on setting up the Bluetooth and parking. William helped tremendously and remained patient with our questions. We highly recommend a visit to auto nation ford and/or schools first credit union. They will be our future source for a new car!
