It only took about 12 hours after my on line search for a new Mustang for a sales manager from Power Ford in Tustin to contact me. Eventhough I went to the dealer one day before my appointment, I was well received with respect. There was no pressure from the sales staff to SELL me a car. The service was highly professional from start to end. Frankly speaking, this was the only time in my new car buying experience that I really enjoyed the process and felt no pressure. I gave this rating because when I walked into that dealership I expected to have them pass the buck especially when the first sales person I was to deal with was busy and when he had introduced me to another sales person I thought to myself oh no here we go on this merry go round ride but it turned out great the salesman that helped me was with me through the whole deal even through the financing and when one could't find the solution and had to go to someone else you could see that they all work as a team there and that made me feel that even though what my credit score was they treated me like a million bucks there and I would reccomend this dealership to anyone of my family or friends because here you will be taken care of in a timely manner

I set up an appointment and was greeted promptly on arrival. The employee I worked with (Terry Mohamadi)was very professional, took time explaining options for purchase versus lease. I felt no pressure at all to move toward any deal or vehicle I was not completely clear on and comfortable with. I got a fair amount for my trade-in, got the car I wanted at a price I could afford, with reasonable terms. I felt that I was being treated as a valued customer, and was establishing an ongoing relationship.

Great Dealership. Their cars have the right options. This is because they order them the right way. Seriously! Great customer Service! Bill, the sales person was awesome. He wasn't pushy, yet he was there to make sure that we get the right car. The Sales manager, Michelle, helped put the right deal together.
