Terry did an excellent job, was very knowledgeable of the cars we bought, and, most importantly, he was prompt. I emailed 10 internet salesmen and women at 10 dealerships and he was the first to get back with me, to find the car I wanted, and to thoroughly address my questions. He did a great job. The only thing I'd change is that even after being very specific about the features I wanted and the drive-out price I wanted to pay, there was still some haggling over the price. I shopped online specifically to avoid this, and I had a very busy day planned. It would have been nicer to get in and get out quicker. I also would have liked a clearer, better discount for buying two cars. When we got to the dealership my wife decided that she wanted a new car too, but instead of increasing the purchase price of her trade-in by $500 there really was no second car discount. If I weren't in as much of a hurry, and weren't buying a very limited, specific kind of car myself, that might have been a deal breaker. In all, I'd still say Terry did a good job and I'd recommend others to him. However, some parts of the process could have been much improved.

What a great experience! Every one was pleasant and helpful. Terry worked with both my husband and I. Initially, I was was just there because my husband was buying a new car. The service and prices were so great that I ended up trading my car in and getting a new one two. Terry handled the purchase of my husband's new car and my trade and purchase as well. Tim did our papers. We were there for a bit but Terry used that time to ensure that we both were hooked up to Sync and that my husband knew how to work all the cool features of his new Hybrid. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Great deals and great service!

My husband had been looking for a 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium Hybrid. He had a broker looking for one and he could not seem to secure a car. My husband sent out a barrage of emails late that night and Terry got back to him first thing the next morning. He had the car in the color and with the options my husband wanted. We already had the loan through our bank so I drove him up to pick up his car last Saturday afternoon. We got the car, and Terry was able to get my husband an even better rate than our bank. I ended up trading in my car too and left with a brand new Explorer. The deal I received was so good, I couldn't pass it up. Terry and everybody we worked with were great! Excellent service. I would definitely recommend Power Ford.

Great place to buy a car! Great customer service and I did not fill hassled at all. Also, we got a great deal on our fusion.

I love my Escape (except for the nav system!) and traded in my 2002 for a new one. Went in looking and ending up buying one that same day. All salespersons were friendly, helpful and answered all my questions, and I truly feel like I got a good deal on the car. It is certainly worth every penny I spent. Only decrepancy was that I was informed if I financed for 4 months, and not pay it off untll that time, I would get a discount...which I did. Got the discount and then called finance and they informed me I could pay it off at any time, the 4 months was not a true statement. Other than that, I am perfectly satisfied. Have gone back to the dealer several times for assistance with the nav system and they have been extremely helpful....I just feel the system is too complex and don't like the system for inputing the destination address!

My experience at Power Ford was excellent. My salesman Terry Mohamadi made buying a car seem effortless. He presented all of the options to me for leasing or buying, and was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the car- he even set up my SYNC system to my phone! Excellent customer service at this dealership, it was obvious to me that Mr. Mohamadi was dedicated to my complete satisfaction. I have and will continue to recommend Power Ford in Tustin to all of my friends, famiy and co-workers.

I'd like to thank Kemick Larson at Power Ford Lincoln of Tustin. I bought a 2013 F150 pick up and am very happy with the honest and professional service I received from Kemick Larson and the other members of the staff. Kemick was the first person to reply to my internet inquiry but he was the last person I called to set an appointment, after I had visited other dealers closer to home. Although all the dealers I made appointments with knew exactly what I was shopping for. The first dealer was not prepared for my visit. I sat there for an hour so they could review their inventory online and walked around the lot for another hour and found nothing close to what I was looking for. The second dealer told me he was holding for me the exact F150 I was looking for. I showed up for my appointment and the salesman had the day off. Another salesperson called him to find out what the stock number was or where the truck was located and was told it was being brought in from another location and will be there tomorrow. I walked around to see what they had in stock and seen nothing close to what I wanted. At this time I was frustrated since I been out shopping since 10:00 AM. I called Kemick at Power Ford Tustin at around 3:00 in the afternoon to ask if he had the truck he quoted to me online. I told him I was going to get angry if I came down and he didn't have it in stock. I did not have an appointment with him but he told me to come on in and he'll have it when I get there as it was at another lot. I waited about 10 minutes when I got there and he drove into the lot with the exact truck I've been looking for. My experience and service I received with Kemick Larson and the members of Power Ford of Tustin go above an beyond excellence in providing service and satisfaction to their customers.

Even one of the managers, Mitch said "Welcome to the Family" !
