Chris was very helpful and a pleasure to talk too.very clean and comfortable waiting area.it has many amenities like different coffees and cookies as well as bottled water as well as popcorn

XTS 2017 Cadillac

Service

The service writer was excellent. I called for service and was given an appointment for the next day, and promised a loaner. When the repairs were finished, I was called. I returned to pick up my car and they had washed it. Great service. Thank you.

Review of Service at Sunset Cadillac

Excellent!!!!! I called for roadside assistance because I had a dead battery which was under warranty. Within a very short time the service man was there and related the battery quickly and expertly. He was professional, courteous, and informative. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Awesome customer care

Excellent customer care and service on several issues. Could not duplicate AC problem that is intermittent but asked that I drive it in while it's doing IF it does it again. I'm good with that.
