Service at Sunset Cadillac

Great service from all the staff at Sunset Cadillac. Kris my service representative did a fantastic job in making sure my car was serviced properly. Loved the loner car while my car was getting serviced.

A/C Service

This is the 2nd time the car has been in to get the A/C serviced and it's still not working correctly. Highly disappointed

Service review

I very much appreciate the friendly and competent staff I dealt with. Jennifer in the service department was very friendly and knowledgeable about the problem I was having. The day I dropped my car off she immediately knew it would take most of the day if not more to do the repair.. She immediately got a loaner for me. I was out of the dealer ship in about 15 minutes. The next day when the repairs were finished late in the day, she said she knew it was rush hour traffic and said if I wanted I could pick it up in the morning. I truly appreciate that type of thoughtfulness.

Sunset Cadillac provides excellent service. The female service rep at the first desk is exceptional. She is always so cordial and friendly! We can talk just about anything.
