A Day AT Sunset Cadillac

The day my wife and I spent at Sunset Cadillac was an amazing experience. The dealership staff was very courteous and professional. The dealer provided a salesman for us that was knowledgeable and explanative of the car we chose to purchase. At sunset Cadillac, we never felt pushed or rushed to look at any particular vehicle. My wife and I was very comfortable with the space given us to make private decisions. We never felt pushed or hurried. There were many cars on the lot for us to look at and maybe select. I was very impressed with the dealership and consider it a first class organization from the sales department to the finance department and throughout.

THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON SO I TOOK THE CAR IN TO HAVE IT CHECKED, OUR SERVICE REP., CHRISTOPHER, TOOK NOTE OF THE LIGHT AND MADE A VISUAL INSPECTION AROUND THE CAR. IN DOING SO, HE DISCOVERED THE FRONT LEFT HEADLAMP WAS BROKEN AND COULD NOT BE REPAIRED. HE ORDERED THE HEADLAMP AND SENT ME HOME. HE CALLED A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER TO BRING THE CAR IN. HE HAD RECEIVED THE REPLACEMENT. I ARRIVED AT AT 9:AM AND LEFT AT 10:45 AM. .I CHOSE TO WAIT. NO MORE ENGINE LIGHT AND A NEW HEADLAMP.. NO ADDITIONAL SERVICE.WAS REQUIRED. I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED AND GRATEFUL TO CHRISTOPHER FOR NOTICING THE BROKEN HEADLAMP. ,

Cadillac XT5

Chad is very helpful! in answering any questions we may have, we had the oil changed, and the tires rotated. We were very comfortable in the upscale waiting room and enjoyed a Hot Chocolate. The service was done in a fashionable manor, left with a beautiful washed car. Thank You, James L. Boose
