Routine Service on Cadillac SRX 2010

Chris from the service department once again did an outstanding job in making sure my car was serviced and all components in outstanding working order. My car is a 2010 and I have never had any problems with it because the service department staff does a fantastic job in making sure it runs perfectly.

I have been in for a 6 month check up twice now and each time I have had excellent service. My only recommendation would be that the TV does't stay on Fox News.

ATS-V

I stopped in to look at the ATS-V as the lease on my 2013 CTS-V was coming to an end. Julie Finley showed me the 2016 ATS-V and went over its features and we took the car for a test drive. I decided on the ATS-V but in a 2017 model. I ordered the car in December and took delivery on January 31st. Julie did all the work behind the scenes getting the car ordered, necessary paperwork as it was an out of State purchase. She followed up regularly on the new car status and let me know when it was delivered. Julie did an excellent job in reviewing all of the features on the day of delivery. Julie made the whole process of ordering a new car a truly remarkable and fun experience.
