2017 Cadillac XTS

I have bought a number of cars through the years but I have never, ever had the experience I enjoyed unitl I shopped at Sunset Cadillac. Julie Finley, by far, is the epitome of what outstanding customer service should be and is the epitome of what an outstanding sales person truly is. She made this buying experience painless. I started the process of looking for a new car a month before I actually bought one. I was contacted by Julie, told her exactly what I was looking for. She came back with a price quote including trade in at more than I wanted to pay right now. Told her I was getting ready to go on vacation and didn't want to pursue this right now. When I returned, she sent me an email welcoming me back from vacation and asked to talk. I told her I was holding off until the 2018's came in and would wait until then. Was thinking there might be some incentives on the 2017's. She asked if she could update me monthly and I said that would be fine. A week later she emailed me about a car that was the exact color I was looking for with everything in it that I wanted. The deal she offered me, I just couldn't pass up. She is very knowledgeable of the Cadillac's. Any questions my wife and I asked, she was able to answer. I NEVER had a saleperson that was able to do that. SHE IS THE BEST!!! When it comes time to buy another car, she is my go to person. OUTSTANDING JOB JULIE.

Great service, no hazel to get you to do anything extra. Very convenient and easy to get a loan vehicle with no extra charge

Escalade

Handled most of the purchase of a new Escalade over the phone. When I arrived onsite the vehicle was ready. The completion of the paperwork was done in less than 45 minutes. Matt Rode made the transaction very easy.

My buying experience with Sunsetcadillac

It had been 11years sent we were interested in purchasing/buying a new car. The salesmen at Sunset Cadillac were very patient and willing to walk us through the process of selecting what type of new car we wanted, which car we wanted, and the price range we were looking for in buying and or leasing a new car. We were very pleased with the relationship we were to establish with them and look forward to visiting and chatting about our new car with them. We were encouraged to schedule an other appointment for clarity on the operations of all of the components, in and outside of the car. Excellent salesmanship and service.

Awesome

This place has been great. I had a problem with my tire recently. Jen, one of the service assistants, was very quick to return my phones calls, as well as provide the help and services that I needed to solve the problem. So far, I have been very happy with my choice about selecting Cadillac as my choice of vehicle, and using Sunset Cadillac as my dealer.
