I have been a customer of Maplecrest Ford since I moved nearby 27 years ago. Have bought all my cars from them since. James has been a pleasure to deal with. He helped me with the car before this one which is still in very good shape 8 years later. Since that one has lasted so long there have been changes and James took me through the landscape and was very helpful in giving me the information I wanted in order to get the next one. Highly recommend James. and for all the years I have been with Maplecrest I have very much appreciated the efforts of the service department as well. I think that group is great and have enjoyed dealing with all of them. Pasquale and Brett have been a pleasure to deal with as well and have taken very good care of keeping me up to date, getting prompt service and seeing that things get done on time.

Buying the truck was pleasant, the first offering was fair and the hustle to get the truck ready/detailed as I waited. The salesman Jim set up my phone with the truck and deleted information on old truck.
