I took my 2011 Mustang GT in for regularly scheduled maintenance. The service manager was unable to help me with an issue that arose. I was later contacted by David Vorcheimer the General Manager who offered a solution to my issue. Dave has been very supportive and expedited the process. I promptly scheduled an appointment to have the issue resolved and am pleased with the results.

I came to Maplecrest Ford to look for a new Ford F-150. Adam was extremely helpful during the whole process. He asked what I was interested in, and found me a truck that is exactly what I wanted for a great monthly lease price. I could tell that my business mattered to him, and it was truly a pleasure doing business with him. A+ Salesman.

Went to Maplecrest Ford of Mendham for a new Mustang...
Went to Maplecrest Ford of Mendham for a new Mustang after being turned off from other cars at other dealerships. Mickey helped us right away and was extremely friendly throughout the whole process. We quickly got the exact car we were looking for because of Mickeys diligence. Was recommended to go to this dealership and Im glad I did. Will definitely be recommending Maplecrest Ford in the future.

My experience with Maplecrest Ford was outstanding! I went in to purchase my dream car "Mustang GT 5.0" Charlie, my salesman, couldn't have been more professional and accomidating! He went out of my way to make sure I got everything I wanted in my mustang. I would highly recommend this dealership, and especially the dealer! He is a wonderful person to work with and intend on using his services on other purchases in the futher.I was currently driving a 2008 F-250, and wanted to upgrade to a F-350 Diesel. He addressed all of my concerns, and answered all of my questions that I had asked, going from driving only Gas vehicles I was not really familiar with a Diesel Engine. I made an appointment to bring in my 2011 mustang gt in to have it checked because of a valvetrain rattle. I purchased my car out of state (PA) so I was looking for a reputable dealer to bring it to and based on the reviews on this site chose maplecrest of Mendham. I made the appointment Monday, and told the service writer over the phone the issue which he said I would have to leave it overnight. Brought the car in on Wednesday which was my scheduled appointment and the service writer who also said he was the manager said he couldn't work on the car if it was engine related since I didn't purchase it there. Now I took time off from work, and had my wife follow me through an hour drive with traffic for no reason. I explained this to him he was absolutely not hearing my complaint and simply did not care. That is not customer service! Unless you live in the area don't bother or waist your time with this dealer especially based on this site's ratings like I did. They won't service your car if you didn't purchase it from them which seems to be their own policy not Ford's. Thumbs down!

During our phone call I explained the reasons behind the decision that was made. It was a judgement call and we used poor judgement; I'm the first to admit it. It was such a pleasant surprise to find a car dealership that did not pressure me to buy a car! They seemed to be really concerned that I find the right car and options. Mickey, my salesman, was easy going, knowledgeable and very helpful. He answered all my questions in a clear, consistent way and is still helping me learn to operate my car and its features over a month after I purchased it. This indicates true commitment to me and I really appreciate that. I highly recommend this dealership!

This is my second car in nine months from Maplecrest. The service people were excellent, knowledgable and friendly. They handled my trade-in efficiently and found the model car I wanted very quickly. I highly recommend this dealership for their expertise and also challenge anyone to find a more pristine, cleaner operation anywhere.
