Maplecrest Ford

I am extremely impressed with Maplecrest of Mendham -- very good experience with sales (Charlie Samons) and financing (Matt Daspin). They made the entire sales process very easy. I bought a used vehicle from them (Chrysler Town & Country) -- price was excellent and I plan on bringing my vehicle there (and my other vehicles, mostly Fords) there for Service -- very professional -- they are on the ball. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to others.

From start to finish I had the best car buying experience in my life at Maplecrest Ford in Mendham thanks to Charlie Samons. Charlie was easy to speak to about the used car deal, any service the vehicle needed was taken care of, and he did the car deal in a timely manner. Charlie and Matthew were very professional and made my husband and I feel very comfortable. Charlie constantly was communicating with us so that we never felt 'forgotten' or that we were 'wasting our time'. All around the staff at the dealership truly made the car buying experience an excellent one!!! I have been looking online for a used Yukon XL or a Chevy Suburban because my current 14 yr old 1999 Yukon served me well but at 209k miles it was starting to cost more n more to maintain. I depend on my truck for my contracting business. I saw this truck online, called and spoke to Mr Skuraton and decided to go see it, which was over an hour away from my home. I arrived at what appeared to be a small town car dealership and was greeted like one. Mr. Skuraton welcomed me and showed me the truck with enthusiasm and I was interested. To my surprise they let me take the truck for a test ride and agreed to let me take it to my regular mechanic and give it a thorough check. Everything being great, it was time to settle on a price and financing. With very little haggling we agreed on a price and I was directed to finance which Mr Daspin was extremely helpful with working out a payment with a warranty. Maplecrest Ford of Mendham is truly a small town dealership that makes you feel like u live there and know everyone in town. The quality of service I received was outstanding. They helped me with every little detail of the lease and made the process as smooth as possible. I was in and out of there very quickly with a brand new Explorer and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend Maplecrest Ford to anyone and will be back when the time comes for a new vehicle.

Experience with Maplecrest (specifically Charlie Samons) was awesome. Charlie was handled my order of the vehicle perfectly from the day it was ordered to pickup (this week 1st week of March 2013). He continually updated me on the status of the vehicle and was incredibly pleasant to work with. I was looking for a 2013 Ford Edge. I drove one back in 2011 for a week while in Alabama on vacation. I like how the Edge handled the road. So I went to Maplecrest Ford in Mendham and Micky handled my sale of my 2013 Ford Edge very nicely. Thanks Micky.

James was very helpful and knowledgable about the car that I was looking at. The most important thing to me was his explanation of how pricing works and what I was looking at on AutoTrader was not fully truthful. He turned out to be completely honest and hence where and who I bought my car from. Matt who is the finance manager was excellent as well.

The staff at Maplecrest made my purchase of a Ford Edge Sport very easy and pleasant. Their interest in putting me in the right vehicle without any games was the perfect experience. Mickey in sales was very helpful and professional; Matt made the financing paperwork go by quickly while doing a good job explaining the terms and conditions; and, Rodrigo and Don took special interest in putting me in my new car and instilled confidence in my decision to go with Maplecrest. I would highly recommend this dealership.
