When you think of the words "easy" "fast" or "smooth" they are not normally associated with the car buying process but when you go to Maplecrest Ford and deal with Charles Countryman, that is the experience you will have. This is now the second vehicle we have purchased from Charles and it was just as we remembered. The process was quick and painless! He is honest and helpful with every aspect. He really does make the process enjoyable by allowing us as the customer to feel comfortable from start to finish. The vehicles we purchased are great trucks and I know that we will be taking that hour drive once again to purchase from Charles. From the moment we entered the dealership, we were impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness of the building. Our four-year-old grandson was with us, so we were worried that the time it would take for us to buy our Ford Edge ST would take its toll on him. It was the exact opposite; he was given a choice of a toy car to keep and was able to play with several others at "his own desk." Olivia was great! She was knowledgeable with the car and helped us set up some of the new technology, which saved us a lot of time later. The whole process was very smooth. The service department did a great job prepping the car for us to take home. We weren't pressured into making any decisions we weren't comfortable with.
